Have you ever wondered what happens behind the scenes of a magic trick? Have you always wanted to impress your friends and family with a magic trick? Then this camp is for you!
Grindstone's Magic Camp with a little Flair will explore magic with things you can find in your drawer at home!
Camp will cover the fundamentals of magic from sleight of hand to performance skills - by the end of the camp, you too can be a magician!

REEL DEAL - ACTING FOR FILM CAMP:
Take your talents to the big screen! Grindstone presents a summer film camp where students will make new friends and create short films to last a lifetime.
Students will kick off their camp with an introduction to the fundamentals of the film world including etiquette on set, everything you need to submit for an audition, how to make a self-tape, and key techniques for acting with the camera. Students will then participate in a mock-audition and casting process, a film shoot of short films written by their screenwriting peers, and two screenings of rough and final cuts of their student-made films!
